This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs access to and use of the CondoHQ platform, websites, applications, communications, artificial intelligence features, marketplaces, integrations, analytics, operational intelligence systems, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by CondoHQ Inc. ("CondoHQ", "we", "our", or "us").

All users must use the Services responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with this Policy, the Terms of Service, applicable agreements, and applicable law.

This Policy is intended to protect customers, users, residents, owners, tenants, vendors, service providers, CondoHQ, and the integrity, security, reliability, and availability of the Services.

You may not use the Services to:

• violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, contractual obligation, or third-party right;
• access, use, disclose, modify, destroy, or attempt to access information, systems, accounts, or resources without authorization;
• interfere with, disrupt, damage, degrade, impair, compromise, or otherwise negatively affect the security, integrity, availability, reliability, performance, or operation of the Services or any related systems;
• upload, transmit, distribute, execute, or introduce malware, malicious code, harmful content, or other materials intended to disrupt, damage, compromise, monitor, or gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, devices, or information;
• engage in fraud, deception, impersonation, misrepresentation, phishing, social engineering, or other deceptive practices;
• harass, threaten, abuse, intimidate, stalk, discriminate against, exploit, or otherwise harm individuals or organizations;
• infringe, misappropriate, violate, or interfere with intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, confidentiality obligations, contractual rights, or other legal rights;
• upload, store, transmit, distribute, or make available content that is unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, harmful, misleading, or otherwise objectionable;
• use the Services in a manner that exceeds authorized access levels, usage limits, intended functionality, or permitted use cases;
• share account credentials, permit unauthorized access, create fraudulent accounts, or otherwise compromise account security;
• circumvent or attempt to circumvent security measures, access controls, usage restrictions, billing mechanisms, account limitations, feature restrictions, monitoring systems, or other protective measures implemented by CondoHQ;
• conduct security testing, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, load testing, or similar activities without CondoHQ's prior written authorization;
• use the Services in a manner that places an unreasonable burden on the Services or related systems, including excessive automation, requests, processing, storage, bandwidth consumption, or other resource-intensive activities;
• collect, scrape, harvest, extract, copy, monitor, index, reproduce, download, or otherwise obtain information from the Services through automated means except as expressly authorized by CondoHQ;
• use bots, crawlers, scripts, agents, artificial intelligence systems, machine learning systems, automation tools, or similar technologies to access, analyze, monitor, extract, reproduce, or derive information from the Services except as expressly authorized by CondoHQ;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to discover source code, underlying models, algorithms, datasets, methodologies, prompts, system architecture, non-public functionality, or other proprietary elements of the Services;
• access or use the Services for purposes of competitive analysis, monitoring, benchmarking, evaluation, market intelligence, product development, feature replication, model training, or development of competing products or services;
• use the Services, outputs, analytics, benchmarks, operational intelligence, recommendations, classifications, rankings, scores, forecasts, models, datasets, methodologies, workflows, content, functionality, or other information generated by or obtained through the Services to develop, improve, train, evaluate, validate, benchmark, support, or operate competing products, services, technologies, artificial intelligence systems, machine learning systems, marketplaces, analytics platforms, operational intelligence offerings, or other competing solutions;
• use the Services in violation of applicable export controls, sanctions, trade restrictions, or similar legal requirements; or
• facilitate, encourage, promote, assist, or enable any prohibited activity.

The Services may include artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, analytics, recommendations, predictions, classifications, operational intelligence, and other automated features.

Such features may generate inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, biased, or incorrect outputs.

Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and determining the appropriateness of any output before relying on or acting upon it.

Use of AI-generated content does not transfer responsibility for decisions, actions, communications, compliance obligations, legal obligations, operational decisions, or outcomes to CondoHQ.

Customers and users are responsible for:

• maintaining appropriate authority, permissions, and legal rights relating to information submitted to the Services;
• all Authorized Representatives designated or permitted to access the Services;
• all permissions, delegations, authorizations, and access rights granted to Users or Authorized Representatives;
• all actions and omissions of Authorized Representatives;
• ensuring use of the Services complies with applicable laws, regulations, agreements, and policies;
• maintaining the confidentiality and security of account credentials;
• controlling access to accounts, systems, and environments under their control;
• supervising authorized users and Authorized Representatives associated with their organization; and
• reviewing and validating information, outputs, recommendations, communications, and decisions generated through the Services.

If you become aware of a security vulnerability, unauthorized access, account compromise, suspected abuse, or other security concern relating to the Services, please notify CondoHQ promptly.

Responsible security reporting helps protect customers, users, and the Services.

CondoHQ may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and may take any action it reasonably determines is necessary to protect the Services, customers, users, Authorized Representatives, data, systems, rights, property, security, or business interests. Activity conducted by or through an Authorized Representative may be treated as activity of the applicable customer or user for enforcement purposes.

Without limiting the foregoing, CondoHQ may:

• remove, restrict, disable, refuse, preserve, or review content;
• limit, suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate access to the Services;
• disable accounts, integrations, APIs, features, or functionality;
• block users, activity, requests, traffic, devices, systems, or networks;
• investigate activity and preserve relevant information;
• cooperate with customers, regulators, law enforcement agencies, courts, and other authorities;
• disclose information where permitted or required by law; and
• pursue any legal, equitable, contractual, technical, or other remedy available.

CondoHQ may take such actions with or without notice where permitted by law and may do so based on actual, suspected, or reasonably anticipated violations.

Nothing in this Policy obligates CondoHQ to monitor, review, screen, or police activity on the Services.

CondoHQ may update this Policy from time to time.

Updated versions become effective upon posting unless otherwise specified.

Continued access to or use of the Services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
